Formed on the basis of the merging Solutions Center for Government and Solutions Center for Education, Software Solutions and System Integration Center - Tinhvan Solution (TVS) is the key business sector of Tinh Van in charge of developing, providing softwares, services and IT equipment for domestic market. Currently, Tinhvan Solution is the Vietnamese leading firm in the field of Portal Solutions and digital library softwares. In addition, TVS also provides and develops solution software for public services, e-Government and system integration as well as solution software for education.

Key products:

Besides implementing customized Information Technology solutions up on customers' needs, Software Solutions and System Integration Center also owns and develops key products of Tinh Van such as: Tinhvan Intranet Suite (TVIS), File Management Solution (eFile), Online and Digital Library Software (Libol), Online University Software (Union), etc. These products are all awarded with famous prizes such as "Sao Khue" prizes, ICT Golden Cu, etc.

eFile is the software aiming at computerizing overally the filing task. This is the first Vietnamese software integration in this field. The solution includes many subsystems respecting to main processes of a Filing agency including collecting, maintaining, modifying, circulating, searching, reporting and statisting. eFile conforms completely to procedures for manage, access and using filed documents issued by Department of Records and Archives. eFile allows to work with many different types of documents: administration, basic construction, photo, recording events, official documents, land register,…on the same system through the customized information entering mechanism, create new Information fields and types of information fields.

TVIS (stands for Tinhvan Intranet Suite) is the Integrated Information Portal Solutions Software to allow quickly construct and maintain an information system on Internet or Intranet with sufficient available services for a professional website. All services are integrated on the same interface and completely on the Web.

Libol (stands for Library Online) is the online and digital library software studied and developed by Tinhvan in 1997, also considered the most successful library integration management software in Vietnam. Currently Libol has been being implemented in more than 100 libraries nationwide.

Representative customers of Tinhvan Solution includes National Assembly Office, Government Office, Office of Central Party Committee, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development, Ministry of Police, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, etc and many named universities in Vietnam such as: Vietnam National University, Hanoi; Hanoi University, National Economics University, Hanoi Foreign Trade University, etc.
