Reallocate tasks on the fly, so you've always got the right people working on the right tasks at the right time.
  • Resources: Mobilize team members (individual or group) from any department in the organization and assign them appropriate roles in the project. Resources may have different normal and overtime rates that are based upon to calculate cost. Non-human resources of the organization (vehicles, machines and equipment, offices, etc.) can also be booked for the project.
  • Work/Timesheet: Members of the project team are able to claim timesheet for the tasks they are assigned. Role-based workflow for cerfifying timesheet can be defined by the organization.
