From 14th to 21st August, 2011, Tinhvan Outsourcing (TVO) – a center of Tinhvan Group has signed a software development outsourcing contract with client MOBAFONE from Germany
Goal of the project is developing a digital distribution platform for Ring Back Tones (RBTs) also known as calling melody. Fully integrated digital rights management platform that allow users to search for all available RBTs. This platform will provide the following main functions:
List and display severalRBTs for mobile devices with relevant information. Allow Artist-user upload tracks, create albums and manage their RBT data on Platform for activation.
Allow Member-user browse, preview and active RBT published Artist or Platform System Administrator for their mobile
Integrate with social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, Googlefor perform System’s functions, share or follow-up information of tracks, albums or artist…
Integrate with various Telcos to update the RBT content database of the operator.
The system should be able to list various parties that might be involved in the content management but are not available or unknown at the present. These parties may be added to the system in the future by Mobafone. For example, music labels (such as Sony Music) or other people involved in the creation, distribution, or promotion of the audio content, such as 3rd party content provider.
The system should be able to categorize the audio content based on information not directly attached to it. For example: Top Usage, New Release, Most Favorite, Most Referenced (email to friend), Most Commented, etc. Category is useful when displaying audio content to everyone
