On 9 April 2011, Tinnhvan Technologies Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Group) held an annual general meeting of shareholders in 2011at Hanoi Sports Hotel.

Shareholders, authorized people and representatives of more than 97% stocks are given rights to vote for selection of Board of Management members, Control Board, Executive board and directors/vice directors of departments of the Company at the 2011 general meeting of shareholders.

After the opening speech, Mr. Hoang To- Chairman of Board of Management cum General Director of Tinhvan Group delivered a report, on behalf of the Management Board and Executive Board, to the general meeting of operations of the Management Board and Executives in 2010 as well as operating plans for 2011 of Tinhvan Group.

In 2010, although Tinhvan Group has failed to follow his operating plans, the Group has achieved much more in re-structures and completion of management systems, quality management systems and development of business as well as improved relations with partners and his trademark with best efforts by a more than 400 member-group.

The Company is officially granted with certificates for the ISO-27001:2005 and CMMi-3 and ISO-9001:2008. Recently, Tinh Vân is operating his Vietnam leading quality management system. The Company is given 1.8 ha of land in Hoa Lac High Tech Park and granted with a series of information technology awards by organizations, Ministry of Information and Communication to maintain Tinhvan as one of leading information technology businesses.

Tinhvan Telecom has developed tens of sales channels with large-scale network suppliers such as Mobifone, Viettel and Vinaphone; contracting exclusive distributions of picture stories on mobile devices with NTT Solmare from Japan; and signing contracts for distributions of electronic books with Vietnamese large-scale publishers. Tinhvan Solution has become a partner of the AsianInfor- one of the biggest software solutions suppliers in the world in Communication. Moreover, Tinhvan Telecom is also a reliable partner of IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco and HP in Vietnam.

The General Meeting of shareholders of voted and passed reports and recommendations stated by Board of Management and Executive board with an agreement by a majority of shareholders. A control Board of three members and Mr. Ngo Phuong Chi- former Deputy General Director of Bao Viet Securities Corporation was selected for the office term 2007-2012.
