In the evening of February 17th, (Mr) Phan Quang Minh – Deputy General Diretor of Commnunications on behalf of Tinhvan Group took part in the event : “The ICT spring meeting 2012” with the theme: “Communications – IT in Vietnam 2012 – new opportunities and challenges”.
IT leaders congratulated a new year and welcomed the success of IT field in 2012
Present at the meeting were (Mr) Nguyen Minh Hong Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Ministry, (Mr) Dr Mai Liem Truc – Former Standing Minister of Communications and Information Ministry –, Dr. Bui Manh Hai – Chairman of Vietnam’s Informatics Association –along with representatives from IT organizations and businesses.
At the meeting, (Mr) Nguyen Minh Hong – Former Standing Minister of Communications and Information Ministry affirmed: “In 2011, IT had a pretty high growth. However, it still did not meet the expectations”. He also said that in the next time PM Nguyen Tan Dung would be in charge of the National Chairman of Communication – IT Committee. At that time, Ministry of Comminications and Information would propose participants in order to coordinate with resources at home and businesses, successfully doing the project: making Vietnam strong in IT area.
In the framework of the event , (Mr) Phan Quang Minh – Deputy General Director of Tinhvan Group spent a lot of time exchanging, sharing information with participants. Nguyen Minh Duc – a member from Tinhvan Outsourcing performed an attractive and lyrical song: “Trai tim ben le”.
“The ICT spring meeting” is the annual event held based on the initiative of Vietnam’s Informatics Associations (VAIP) and other Associations in the field of software and informatics. This program creates opportunities for ICt businesses and organizations to exchange, share Communications – IT in the period of 2012-2015 and strenghthen the solidarity in Vietnam’s IT community and international IT community.
