Tinhvan Group excellently passing the evaluation tests of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 27001:2005 vi

On June 26 and 27, 2012, TinhVan Group has completed the re-evaluation certification process of ISO 9001:2008 (formerly called ISO 9001:2000) and monitoring the second time the information security system under  ISO/IEC 27001:2005 implemented by the DAS-UKAS certification organization, UK.

Mr. Thach Quach Thi, chief evaluation expert has announced the conclusion, in which confirms that Tinhvan Group has successfully protected ISO 9001:2008 and monitoring of ISO/IEC 27001:2005. The delegations of experts have been particularly impressed with a number of improvement activities of the company in 2012 as well as customer satisfaction assessment activities; PC software deployment activities, etc. The delegation also confirms that the company’s information secutiry and quality management system is really a “living system with a lot of improvement activities”.

Tinhvan Group has officially been certified with ISO 9001:2000 since 2006 (now called ISO 9001:2008), ISO 9001:2008 since 2009 and ISO/IEC 27001:2005 since 2010.

Since then, Tinhvan Group has been implementing effecttively the operation of this system and has been recognized by the DAS evaluation delegation: The management system of Tinhvan Group is fully compliant and in conformity with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008; ISO/IEC 27001:2005.

Tinhvan Group always aims at reaching international standards. Therefore, the process of Tinhvan Group has,from the beginning, been built on the basis of a combination of the real job requirements and international standards. In addition to the quality control system ISO, since 2010 Tinhvan Group has officially been certified with CMMI level 3 since 2012.

Accordingly, along with the development of Internet and advanced technologies, preservation of documents is a task to be faced with by staff librarians in the coming years. Preservation of digital materials will be an optimal preservation solution to the documents in the library sector.
