On October 13, 2012, Tinhvan Group held the meeting of the Management Board for Quarter III of 2012 chaired by Mr. Hoang To – Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of the Company.
In his opening speech, the Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of the Company, Mr. Hoang To emphasized: “In the first 9 beginning months, Tinhvan Group is proud to be one of a few profitable enterprises with good growth rates in the context of a worsening macro-economy without any sign of stop. Under current instable market and economic conditions, it is necessary to fully promote the core values accumulated by Tinh Van in the last 18 years: Leaders are cooperative for common goals of the company; a good administration system and the sensibility of adapting to new business opportunities of a fast-growing IT market”.
Reports of the Management Board and subsidiaries of Tinhvan Group intensively analyzed business performance, highlighted accomplished targets, and established plans and goals in the last 3 months in 2012.
Software Solutions and System Integration Center – Tinhvan Solution was successfully restructured and transformed into the model of Software Solutions and System Integration One Member Liability Limited Company with two Centers: Product Business Center – focusing on traditional software packages of Tinh Van, and Project Sales Center. The Company Branch located in Ho Chi Minh City is also taking sustainable development steps following correct orientations and always accomplishes preset targets.
Tinh Van Software Export Joint Stock Company – Tinhvan Outsourcing has strictly followed the path of software processing for mobile phones on Android and iOS platforms with an export concentrate on Japanese and Singaporean markets. Tinhvan Outsourcing also focuses on developing a staff by organizing two training courses for about 35 developers.
Tinh Van Corporate Consulting JSC – Tinhvan Consulting holds the pioneering position in the field of providing HiStaff overall management solutions for medium and large-scale enterprises.
Minh Chau Corp promotes the publication of role-playing games on mobile phones and has become one of pioneers in Vietnam in the provision of online game playing services. Minh Chau Corp has also completed the connection between its system and telecommunication network service providers in Vietnam such as Mobifone, Vinaphone, Viettel, EVN, Sphone, HT mobile, and Beeline and established a wide relation with valued added service providers via call numbers in Vietnam.
Tinhvan Telecom has determined clear strategy of developing a digital content distribution network in a joint model with the network of leading e-newspapers and daily news in Vietnam.
Regarding operating results, most of units have successfully achieved the goals in the first 9 beginning months. Particularly, Tinhvan Telecom has achieved a revenue increase of 110% compared to its annual plan. In Quarter IV, they will take more efforts to reach and exceed their business goals and make sure the revenue as committed by the management to the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
In evaluating reports of the Management and Subsidiaries, the Board of Directors emphasized that: In Quarter IV, macro-economic situation will continue undergoing difficulties, thus the Management of Tinhvan Group and subsidiaries need to strengthen cost control, maximize saving and eliminate unnecessary expenses, stick to the goals and endeavor to achieve the preset plans.
