In October 2012, Tinh Van Software Solution and System Integration One Member Liability Limited Company (Tinhvan Solutions) signed a contract for “upgrading the E-Portal” with the Department of Information Technology – State Securities Commission of Vietnam.

Under this contract, Tinhvan Solutions will implement system upgrade for E-Portal of State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSCV) in a complete and proper manner to optimize the administration, operation, exploitation, backup and recovery of data.

To upgrade this e-portal to give the best performance, Tinhvan Solutions proposes to SSCV to use Oracle WebCenter Portal platform, enable Intranet and Internet e-portal, integrate existing applications and support additional functions such as social networks, affiliate services, friendly content administrations system, and convenient operation.

Besides, this solution also fully responds to the requirements of technologies, core portal software function, portal system functions, public services, data conversion, interface, system integration, security, and other requirements of SSCV.

After being upgraded, e-portal of SSCV will integrate many utilities for stock investors, satisfy the needs of communicating between SSCV and the people/businesses, ensure smooth receipt of e-reports from Stock Exchanges, Stock Depository Centers, publically listed companies, stock companies, funds and trust manging companies… 100% of written policies in Stock sector will be publicized on the e-portal.
