On December 06, 2012, “Everyone One Idea” Contest has been officially launched at the office of Tinh Van Software Export Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Outsourcing). The Contest will become a model to be widely applied in all of subsidiaries of Tinhvan Group in 2013.
Participants in this Contest are all of employees and executive officers of Tinhvan Outsourcing. Ideas for participating in the Contest are categorized into 3 fields: Business, Product, and Management – Culture.
TVOers can participate in this Contest, individually or in groups. The Organizing Committee doesn’t limit the number of ideas that an author/group of authors offers, but there must be at least one contesting idea for each TVOer. The list of “People without any idea of Tinhvan Outsourcing” will be updated immediately after the finish of the first Preliminary Round.
In the First Preliminary Round, the Board of Preliminary Examination (BPE) will select passed 10 ideas for the Second Preliminary Round. In addition, the CEO of Tinhvan Outsourcing can grant a privilege to one exceptional idea (if any).
In the Second Preliminary Round, BPE will review and select 05 passed ideas for the Final Round. 05 authors/groups of authors of these ideas will have the opportunities to defend their ideas in front of the CEO of Tinhvan Outsourcing and 03 out of 5 ideas will be passed for the Finale.
These authors/groups of authors of the 3 ideas passed for the Finale will attend a “Talk with CEO” of Tinhvan Group to defend their ideas. The Board of Final Examination of Tinhvan Group will review and select only one idea to award the prize of “The Best Idea of Tinhvan Outsourcing in 2012”.
The prize of “The Best Idea of Tinhvan Outsourcing in 2012” together with other sub-prizes of “Everyone One Idea” will be announced and awarded in the 2012 Summary Ceremony of Tinhvan Group as well as subject to be reviewed for necessary investment to realize the idea.
