Recently at the head office of the Supreme People’s Court (SPC) – No. 48 Ly Thuong Kiet, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, Tinh Van Corporate Consulting JSC (Tinhvan Consulting) and SPC have officially signed the contract for “development of software system for management of officers, civil servants of the People’s Court network”.

Since 2006, SPC has developed and applied in the whole People’s Court network a software system for management of officers, civil servants. Applying this software is the first step in the computerization of the management of officers in the whole People’s Court network which has led to certain results. However, together with the development of State Private Law, the needs of managing and enhancing the qualification of the management of SPC has exceeded the capabilities of the current system. Thus, SPC decides to carry out an overall upgrade of software for the management of existing officers to respond to the demand of staff management and development in the new period.

With much experience in implementing the projects on the management of civil servants in state administrative agencies nationwide, Tinhvan Consulting has been selected by SPC to supply and carry out this important project on technical and operational basis of HiStaff human resource overall management solution.

The upgrade of “software system for management of civil servants in People’s Courts” will provide the latest functions to fully respond to arising requirements in the management of existing and future staff as well as smooth operation of existing procedures, and full exploitation of historical data with the highest security level. A successful implementation of the project will be a pre-condition for a qualification and talent management system in court field that fully promotes the efficiency of national private law.
