Supporting for research project of Academy of Japanese Multicultural Management vi

On March 20th 2013, at the head office of Tinhvan Consulting, there was a meeting among Mr Nguyen Huy Cuong- CEO of Tinhvan Consulting and Mr Takashi Kawatani – Global Management Consultant – Headmaster of Academy of Japanese Multicultural Management.

It is known as Mr Takashi had a variety of research projects, for typical examples as Communication Strategy for Japanese companies in Malysia(1995), Global Assessing and Adaptability Program(GAAP), Trading Corporation between Malaysia and Japanese(1997), A new strategy for the East Social and Policy Approach(2003).

Currently, he is doing a research concerning to corporate culture in Vietnam and other countries in Southeast Asia as well to the publication ” Guidelines for Asia multicultural Management”, allowing Japanese to be the leaders getting trustee, particularly in the Southeast Asia. Takashi has explored the culture of 06 countries in the region as Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and VietNam. This is the 3rd time he went to Vietnam after 2 trips to HCMC participating in leadership and production management training for large corporations such as Fujitsu.

The meeting took place in a fun and friendly atmosphere. The main contents are from Tinhvan Consulting’s opinions concerning Takashi’s research topic. Both sides have exchanged cultural belief, corporate culture and perceptions of countries in Southeast Asia. With more than 50 major clients such as: banks, inland and outland corporations, many Japanese brand names like Honda Vietnam, Acecook Vietnam, Pepsi-Suntory Vietnam, etc. Tinhvan Consulting hopes to make a contribution to Takashi’s research with human resource in Vietnam through custom and culture, here by facilitating Japanese enterprises to be more effectively in integration and economic development in the potential market of 100 million people.

Not only this is a premise for the collaboration among Takashi,  Academy of Japanese Multicultural Management and Tinhvan Consulting but also an opportunity for HiStaff – Overall Human Resources Management Solutions researched by Tinhvan Consulting along with Japanese  business management model in order to create the best management value in optimizing human resources for Japanese companies operating in Vietnam.
