On 05th June 2013, Competition “everyone one idea” was officially launched at Tinhvan Telecom.
Hold firstly in December 2012, “Everyone one idea” orient to target of mobilization, appealing all staff to develop their intelligence, enthusiasm in proposing a ideal to improve and support for daily works of Company. Tinhvan Outsourcing is the first unit in Group to launch this competition and gained a lot of achievements.
Proceeding that success, the competition “Everyone one idea” 2013 held by Tinhvan Telecom will take place from 06 June 2013 to end of 06 July 2013.
Attending objects of the competition are all staff, managers of Tinhvan Telecom, Back Office department of Tinhvan Group and TVi Nursery garden center. Participation ideas can be one of 03 fields: Business, Technology – Product and Administration – Culture.
TVTers can attend the program in individual or group title. Organization Board will not limit the number of ideas proposed by author/author group, however, at least each TVTer needs an idea to take examination. The list “Ideals without ideas of Tinhvan Telecom” will be updated right after time of ideal receipt finish.
At primary examination, Board of Examiners will mark and choose 10 excellent ideas basing on criteria of the program. At the same time, Board of Examiners will chose 5 outstanding ides to come to final examination (5 remaining will be rewarded encouragement prize).
At final examination, Board of Examiners will verify and choose 03 excellent ideas to come to the last examination. (2 remaining ideas will be rewarded third prize).
Author/author group owning 03 ideas of the last examination will attend the idea protection and discuss the ideas with Board of Examiners. Board of Examiners will evaluate and choose one best idea to reward the first prize “Tinh Van idea 2013”.
“Tinh Van idea 2013” prize and other additional prizes will be declared and rewarded in 19th Establishment Ceremony of Tinhvan Group as well as considered to invest necessary conditions to realize.
Creation and Idea is key words which have vital meaning for enterprise operating in Information Technology filed such as Tinhvan Group. Board of Directors of Tinhvan Telecom hopes that the proposal of ideas to supporting work of each individual not only narrows in 01 month of competition framework but also becomes one of normal activities of all Tinhvan Telecom’s members. This not only shows heart of people identifying themselves with Tinhvan Telecom community, but also gives chance for each person to develop her/his strong points to support effectively for daily works.
