Japan ICT Week 2013 was held in Hanoi and Danang from October 23rd to 26th, 2013. Tinhvan Outsourcing Company (TVO) was honoured to be a joint sponsor. Mr Nguyen Ich Vinh – General Director of TVO and Vice President of Vietnam – Japan IT Cooperation Club (VJC) was asked to join to receive the certificate for the determined support.

Being held 6 times, this was the first time “Japan ICT Day” (a traditional annual event made by VINASA and VJC together since 2007) turned into a bigger scale – Japan ICT Week 2013. Embassy of Japan in Vietnam chose the event to celebrate the 40 years relationship between 2 countries.
In the morning of the opening ceremony of Japan ICT Week 2013, Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh had a speech to share his experience and strategy to build human resources to meet the demands of Japan market. This was a hot topic in technology field which has been carried out very well in Tinhvan Outsourcing.
According to Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh, although Vietnam faced a lot of opportunities to widen the market and quality in technology cooperation with Japan, Vietnam firstly built a long-term and distinguished plan. Tinhvan Outsourcing actively carried out approaches such in long-term investment in human resources, domestic training to develop mobile software designers having high quality, Japanese study and working cultures to every personel.
Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh said that Tinhvan Outsourcing joined the Japanese market not only to be a provider but also a partner to develop together.
Japan ICT Week 2013 was sponsored by Ministry of Information and Communications, Ministry of Science and Technology, Embassy of Japan in Vietnam. This was the first the event was held in two cities, Hanoi and Danang. Moreover, the scale was the biggest ever, increases dramatically to 200% in the number of Japanese companies with 60 leading technology companies including 15 enterprises in Japan Technology Service of Association – the biggest technology association in Vietnam. The Vice President of association led the group. More than 30 Japanese companies in Vietnam and nearly 200 Vietnamese enterprises attended the event.
