With the aim to bring image and recruitment information of Tinhvan closer to the IT students, last 04/10, Tinhvan Technology JSC attended the IT HR festival 2014 which was held in University of Technology, Hanoi.
In the festival, Tinhvan recruitment table with many exciting career opportunities has attracted nearly 200 students to visit and find information. Here, the students not only learned about the business fields, work environment and corporate culture but also received advice, introduction about recruitment positions which were suitable with their major. At Tinhvan’s recruitment area, recruitment department acknowledged the special interest of IT students in areas such as programming, quality management, design, etc.

Beside direct counseling and recruitment, HR festival also attracted young people by the exchange section with the special speakers – guest of the program. Representative of Tinhvan Group, Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh – CEO of Tinhvan Outsourcing JSC, has had an impressive share of start-up and construction of personal brand, to enhance recognition of image, culture and start-up way in a company among the IT student community. Through interesting sharing drawn from his practical experience, he has provided the attending students with motivation, inspiration and advice about the appropriate way to build foundation for their career.

Over 30 resumes were directly submitted to Human Resources Department at IT HR 2014 Festival attractive vacancies in Tinhvan
At the end of IT HR 2014 Festival, there were more than 30 resumes directly submitted to the available vacancies in the company. Besides, with well – prepared recruitment activities and information with its distinct culture, Tinhvan has left a good impression on IT Students attending the program.
