During the last September, Tinhvan Software solutions and Integrated System one-member limited company – Tinhvan Solutions (TVS) has signed the construction contract with Department of Informatics and Financial Statistics – Ministry of Finance about 3 Treasury of State online public services
Project of building 3 Treasury of State (TS) online public services (OBS) includes sections: establishing OBS to open registration and use accounts at TS; building OBS to inform the record delivery notes for monitoring expenditure transaction via internet and one-stop transaction in the field of treasury, interface information for online payment requests and declaration under requirements program. Beside, TVS also takes charge of coaching, training about system operation to officers, administrators; supporting in operating and using OBS after completion.
The system is established, installed at TS and executed at TS and 5 TSs of provinces, municipalities (excluding districts).

Contract of building 3 OBS will benefit after perfection as follow: allowing individuals, units, organizations to open account and use account at online TS; supporting units which haves Budget Relation in informing the record delivery notes for monitoring expenditure transaction via internet and one-stop transaction; informing online payment requests. Therefore, it is easy to track progress and status of delivery records, handle payment requests and get back the online results through the website of online services of TS.
In addition, this project also applies digital signatures to certify electronic records, approve results of documents handling, reduce travelling time and directly work at the TS of unit. Moreover, the service will automatically notify the status of record handling for TS processing and units trading with TS through email, telephone of units.
The Project will be performed within 11 consecutive months from the date of contract.
