In the morning of 30/10, at JW Marriot Hanoi, Tinhvan Outsourcing (TVO) was to be representative of Tinhvan Group to participate in Japan Information and Communications Technology Day 2014 (Japan ICT Day 2014), also be the sponsor of event.
Japan ICT Day 2014 took place in the frame of “Vietnam – ASOCIO ICT summit 2014” with the participation of about 100 delegates and 47 enterprises from Japan, additionally from Korea, Israel, Malaysia, Singapore… There are many meetings with great deal of information in main sessions, workshops, and business meetings as well which organized along.

Japan ICT Day 2014 took place in the circumstance that Japanese businesses gain more their interest to Vietnam as attractive destination in BPO investment, outsourcing, offshore…And with available Japanese partners, it is a good opportunity of Tinhvan Outsourcing and Tinhvan Group as well to tie connection and open up relation with the other Japanese enterprises.

Speaking at the Japan IT Day 2014, Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh – General Director of Tinhvan Outsourcing, Vice President of Vietnam – Japan IT Clubs (VJC) shared assumptions about the opportunity to expand in the Japanese market for businesses: “Vietnam is facing a great opportunity to expand the market, increase the scale and depth of IT cooperation with Japan. But to catch this wave, Vietnam enterprises should consider this as a long-term strategy and must invest in the resources with language skills in Japanese and ability of meeting the quality requirements of the Japanese businesses. For Tinhvan Outsourcing, strategy need being initiative of long-term investment in human resource development, internal training courses to build and develop staff to meet the needs of technology, demand from customers. That strategy is also reflected in the training of Japanese corporate culture within the company and gaining loyalty of customers and employees.”
Within the framework of “Vietnam – ASOCIO ICT summit 2014”, previously, on 29/10, Tinhvan Group was honored to be awarded certificate of “Vietnam’s 30 leading IT companies 2014” by VINASA. With this achievement, Tinhvan will be 1 of 30 IT companies are relied by VINASA to introduce to 100 countries and territories around the world via publications “Vietnam’s leading 30 ICT Companies 2014” with many promotion of cooperation activities.

This event will be a good premise for ahead movement of “Go Global” strategy implementation which has been established from 2014 of Tinhvan.
