In the afternoon of January 17th, Tinhvan Corporate Governance Consulting JSC (Tinhvan Consulting – TVC) has welcomed the students from AiTi Education – Programmer Training System in Vietnam to visit and explore the careers of the company. This is one of the regular activities in the collaboration program between the school and the company to give students an overview about the career and employment opportunities.
As having many years of operation in the field of information technology, TVC has promoted corporative culture as well as showed the respect of human potential. In TVC, all members have the best conditions to develop themselves.
Currently, there are many intern students at TVC, especially, the Head of Technology Department of TVC is one of 9x generation – he is a representative of young talents who is responsible for important positions of the TVC.
Especially, the students from AiTi also had a conversation with Mr. Dinh Hong Son, Director of TVC Hanoi. The meeting helped them understand better the operation, the culture as well as the human resource of Tinhvan. Besides, he also talked about plans to develop TVC Mobile Team. This will create many opportunities for those who are interested in Mobile Programming.
Q & A Section had been so interesting with a lot of questions about recruitment policy, skills requirements to become a member of the TVC. From his own experience, Mr. Son advised them not to worry but to be confident to apply for appropriate positions. Students should also keep their passions, learn actively to improve their knowledge and foreign language to make a good impression to employers.
