On May 8th 2017, Tinh Van Group successfully organized the General Meeting of Shareholders 2017 (GMS) in Danang City.

In the beginning, Mr. Hoang To – Chairman of Tinh Van Group had the opening speech and passed the content of the meeting. With the participation of shareholders and authorized persons representing more than 80% of the total number of shares, the meeting discussed and passed the following important contents:

• Report of the Board of Directors
• Report of the Board of Management
• Financial report and the plan of profit utilization 2016.
• Report of Board of Supervisors
• Resolution adaption of the General Meeting of Shareholders of 2017
