In terms of Tinhvan’s members, July is always an unforgettable time owning to the date of foundation. This July is more significant because all people working in the North remarkably had a 200-attendant trip to Cua Lo from 19^th to 21^st

This is such a special trip combined between summer vacation and birthday. This year, the birthday of company was kicked off with a team-building activity by the shore of Cua Lo. All games required good cooperation, ingenuity, and solidarity. After 4 challenging games, namely Flip Flags – Speed Wheel – Golf – Slip East Sea, Tinhvaners still felt so happy although they seemed to be exhausted. Then, the members got to know each other better. Hopefully, all attendants are able to support and cooperate more effectively when coming back their work

In the evening, Tinhvan’s birthday dinner also brought a new atmosphere. Mr. Hoang To, chairman of Tinhvan group said that the changes and innovations would be the signal to prosper better. It was also the reason that the song “Wind of change” performed by the band Scorpion was chosen to be theme of this year’s birthday. In particular, Mr. Chairman composed the song by Vietnamese for this birthday with the title “Wind innovation”. The song was performed by some leaders from the board of director. After cutting birthday cake and opening the champagne, music performances with format “Perfect Edition” brought joy and smiles for all. Also, the mini gameshow also attracted members’ participation and made birthday more meaningful.

After the trip, all attendants sat together to see beautiful clip and pictures, and recalled experience. It seems that all people understand and connect better.

I am so happy to have a chance to go by bus with my beloved coworkers, play together, smile a lot and stay with hotboys and hotgirls that I can ignore troubles. ” For me, it is another memorable trip of my youth with new people and position but it still contains ” old things” for ages. The name Tinh Van is not strange to me. When I was a child, I learnt by heart the song of company, deeply understood Tinhvan’s cultures and had summer trips becoming my family tradition. This summer trip in Cua Lo brought a new “Wind” because I am a member on Tinhvan’s car instead of being an “Attachment”. I will remember about my Banana team on the beach or the late evenings that I and my coworkers practiced for our music performance “grandparents” to shine only 5 minutes on stage or the team “2h am” making noise in Cua Lo…Besides, the year 2017 is also a significant year for a fresh graduate as I will start taking the first steps on the road, face with many challenges as well as the changes. Like the song “Wind of Change”, the trip blew a breeze on the belief of innovation.
