On the morning of 13/6/2018, in Hanoi, Microsoft Vietnam and Tinh Van Consulting Joint-stock company (Tinhvan Consulting) has signed the Memorandum of Partnership Agreement of Independent Software Vendor in Vietnam. Through this Agreement, Tinhvan Consulting has officially become the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) of Microsoft in Vietnam.

After various considerations, Microsoft has assessed HiStaff as Human Capital Management (HCM) solution of high applicability for large organization models and has accumulated within each of its subsystems great depth of Knowledge & Experience. What’s more, HiStaff also has remarkably good technological structure, which very few management solution software packs currently available in Vietnam could design.

Also within the ISV Agreement signing contract with Microsoft, aside from Tinhvan Consulting with HiStaff software solution, there are also other big names possessing various solutions of high applicability for the fields of retailing, finance, education or manufacture, such as: AltTek Global; DiCentral; FPT IS; FSOFT; MOBIO; Pyramid Software & Consulting.

Through this ISV Agreement, Microsoft express its commitment to accompany the partners in uploading the solutions to Microsoft Azure cloud platform, comprising strategies for product R&D and in their steps into international market. According to statistics, Microsoft’s cloud computing platform is chosen by 90% of Top Fortune 500 companies for their process of business digitalization because this platform not only helps enhance productivity but is also more economical for implementation. This also means that Tinhvan Consulting as well as other ISVs of Microsoft can quickly introduce their applications and business solutions to enterprise customers at the most favorable price.

The Signing Ceremony has reasserted Microsoft’s commitment in assisting the development of the vendor ecosystem in Vietnam in assisting the vendors’ sustainable development”.
