On June 20, 2018, the investment agreement of TIS Inc. (TIS), a member of TIS INTEC Group, and Tinhvan Group (Tinhvan) is officially completed. According to the agreement, TIS invested and has become Tinhvan’s strategic partner, for the business collaboration and expansion in providing IT solutions and services, combining the strengths both parties mainly in the fields of finance and banking, payments, education, software oursourcing and R&D.

TIS is a leading IT corporation from Japan, with significant competetentices in payment system, having the biggest market share in providing the credit and debit card solution services in Japan. With annual turnover of more than 4 billion USD and more than 20 thousands employees, TIS operates in various areas, focusing on system integration and data center.
