In early November, at the office of Hanoi Beer – Alcohol and Beverage Joint Stock Corporation (Habeco), Mr. Bui Truong Thang – Deputy General Director of Habeco and Mr. Nguyen Huy Cuong – General Director of Tinhvan Consulting concluded Phase I and signed the Phase II implementation contract of the project: Setting up HiStaff Human Resource Management Software Solution at Habeco.

Habeco is considered as the leading brand in Vietnam in the field of alcoholic beverage production, famous for the brands of Hanoi Beer, Truc Bach Beer and many other product lines such as Premium, Lager Beer … Along with that is a combination including 17 subsidiaries and 9 associate companies, scattered in provinces and cities from the Northern Region to the Central Region.

The first phase of the project includes the Core modules of the HR management system: Organization Management, HR Profile Management, Attendance Management, and Payroll Management Module with changes in habits as well as work efficiency in human resource management at Habeco. And also, Habeco’s Board of Directors is very satisfied and highly appreciates the serious and fierce spirit of the project team of the two parties to put the HiStaff system into operation earlier than expected time compared to the original plan.

In phase II, Habeco will focus mainly on People Development modules such as Recruitment Management, Assessment Management, Iportal – HR Information Portal Module and especially Party Member Management. This is both a joy and a new challenge for Tinh Van in the computerization of human resource management at Habeco.
