In the third quarter of 2019, Tinhvan Consulting has completed the acceptance of phase 1 – HiStaff deployment project at NTT Data.

HiStaff HR management software solution is implemented in the first phase at NTT Data with the following modules: Organization and personnel information management; Attendance Management; Payroll management; Insurance management and HR portal.

The first phase is completed by the project team of the two parties and receives the appreciation from the Board of Directors and all employees of NTT Data. With this result, Tinhvan Consulting has completed the Core HR module group, which is the HR Management platform for NTT Data to continue to deploy the next modules in phase 2 – People Development.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang – HiStaff deployment project manager at NTT Data said: “After the successful implementation of phase 1 of the project, HiStaff solution will help NTT Data better control the policy of timekeeping and shortening the period for calculating salaries, considering monthly and yearly bonuses ”.
