On September 28, 2020, Gotadi Travel Technologies Joint Stock Company (Gotadi) and Tinhvan Consulting JSC signed a commercial cooperation agreement between two Parties.

Two Parties will strengthen cooperation and communicate on the principles of voluntariness and equality, maximizing the strengths of each party, in accordance with the applicable law, meeting the trend of development and integration. The event is part of a series of events that Gotadi is deploying to deliver the digital transformation of travel activity of the Company and contribute to the revitalization of the post-Covid tourism industry in the direction of the Government.

Gotadi and Tinhvan Consulting will work together in the fields of: (1) Gotadi accompanies the brand with Tinhvan Consulting (2) cooperating to promote and sell each other’s products on platforms of two Parties (3) coordinating in branding on the communication channels of two Parties (4) Tinhvan Consulting uses Gotadi online solution in the entire system to save travel costs and improve working efficiency.
