Phase II in the project of implementing HR Management software HiStaff for Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) shall be implemented by Tinhvan Consulting Joint-stock Company (TVC) from 07/2014  to 05/2015.

According to the contract which was formally signed between the two parties dated 24/7, TVC will edit and upgrade the HR management software HiStaff throughout the system, serving more than 8000 officers in Techcombank.

After the project is completed, the HR management system in Techcombank will be more enhanced with further functions for better satisfaction of user’s demand. Specifically: system’s security and architecture will be upgraded, in accordance with the new security of Techcombank; old functions will be standardized, more utilities and professional skills will be developed, the professional functions will be elevated, optimized for extraction and use,etc.

With a wide adjustment range, the old complex operational system and the stringent requirements of the customer require TVC’s project team to master overall old system and have a professional working way as well as good analytical thinking. However, due to have been involved in many previous projects, TVC has the advantage when understanding how to work and get more support from Techcombank to ensure a highly effective adjustment of the system. Before that, in 31/10/2012, Techcombank and TVC agreed on overall inspection of the project’s Phase I.
