Over 28/10. Tinhvan Consulting in Ho Chi Minh city (TVC HCM) signed contract “Solution Deployment of HiStaff Human Resource Management Software” with Vietnam Thai Internation JSC (VTI).

In the first period of project, HiStaff will applied in all member units of VTI in the scope of 7 modules: Recruitment Management module, Personnel file management module, labor management of module, Payroll management module, Insurance management module, employee portal information, Administration system module.

The application of HiStaff at VTI is to solve labor productivity calculation based on the daily roster of work and the labor situation in the actual system of VTI stores nationwide.

HiStaff provides information on labor costs in the day quickly and accurately to the Store Managers timely make decisions for efficient operation, which generate the highest revenue for their shop. Besides, HiStaff also gives VTI an effective management tool, compliant business processes from recruitment announcement to personnel’s leave (including works and activities), manages time and work of staff, supports unit payroll quickly and accurately with large-scale and distributed personnel.
