On 17/03/2015, Tinhvan Consulting – TVC signed the contract “Deploying HiStaff software solutions to manage human resources” with Golden Gate Trade – Services JSC (Golden Gate Group)

Golden Gate Group (GGG) is the owner of a variety of restaurant such as Ashima, Kichi Kichi, SumoBBQ, Vuvuzela, Isushi, Ba Con Cuu, Pho ngon 37, Daruma, Gogi House … In order to solve the management of the GGG restaurant chain, HiStaff will be applied at all the GGG restaurants (75 restaurants).

The scope of deployment consists of 6 modules: Management of employee records; management of labor; Payroll management; insurance management; employee portal; system administrator. Time to deploy HiStaff system is scheduled for 24 weeks including: survey system, system analysis and design, system calibration, system testing, acceptance testing of software, data conversion, systems installation, system training and transfer, system supported operation.

HiStaff brings back an effective management tool for GGG, complying with business processes, from job recruitment to personnel off-working (including the work and activities). Also, this solution manages time and work of employees, supports units for payroll calculation quickly and accurately with large-scale and distributed personnel.
