On the date of 8/4/2016, PU01 of Tinhvan Consulting Joint Stock Company (TVC) Hanoi started the training courses for Automatic Time Management for Phu Quoc users of VinGroup. This was the activity in the project of extension implementation and system operation training for Automate Time Management (TAS) which was implemented at Vingroup in Phu Quoc, Halong, Danang and Nha Trang.

TAS is the automatic time management & storage software, which was first time implemented in Vinpearl Phu Quoc. TAs was integrated with time Reader/ Finger Print machine at working area to capture time in and out for ending period Payroll calculation; integrating with Time machine at the lunch area and capturing lunch time for calculating number of lunch in the month. Especially, TAs was integrated with HiStaff, which automatically transfer the Timesheet to HiStaff after the completion.

Attending the training course, Mrs. Bùi Thị Xuân Thu – Customer Service, TVC Hanoi was the main trainer for the project and Mr. Phùng Quốc Tuấn – Technical staff, TVC Hanoi was the golive curator and teaching assistant. Mrs. Thu said: “The target of TAS project was to reduce paper workload for Time management process, implement the automatic and modern solution in working, to increase the accuracy and clearance of Timesheet, reduce the human mistakes, and to reduce the responsibility of the Secretary at all units, improve the productivity and working performance”.

According to the project agenda, the training courses will be hold from 8/4 to 9/5 at 4 places: Phu Quoc, Halong, Danang and Nha Trang. Wish the training courses did well and received good feedback from customers.
