In January 2019, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tinhvan Group – Mr. Hoang To signed the Decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh – CEO Tinhvan Outsourcing to hold the position of Deputy General Director of Tinhvan Holdings (TVH).

The decision was made according to the “Digital Synergy” strategic roadmap of all Tinhvan Group 2019-2022. Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh will be responsible for signing contracts signed by TVO, implementing business synergies among the members, supporting important accounts and participating in improving the capability of sales team of the whole Group.
