In October, Tinhvan Bank Financial Software Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Solutions) accepted the project for construction of electronic Document Management System at the Vietnam Register.

Electronic Document Management System at Vietnam Register has had a modern and youthful interface with many new technologies applied such as responsive graphical interface, real-time warning system, integrated the latest digital signature solution of Information Security Committee, integrated text communication axis. The document management system at the Vietnam Register is developed on the basis of .Net 4.6 technology, Responsive Web Design technology and Web-based model. The document management system at the Vietnam Register will be put into use to help computerize the procedures such as Ingoing Document Management, Outgoing Document Management, Draft Document Management, Job Profile Management, Working Schedule Notification, Reminders, … on the entire System of Sub-Departments, Branches, National Registry Center under the Vietnam Register.

Foldio’s new interface

With the Electronic Document Management System, the document dispatching work at the Vietnam Register is now able to work on popular browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc. and on handheld equipment, tablets.

Developed with many new features and interfaces based on Tinh Van’s traditional product, Foldio, the document management system at the Vietnam Register has officially been made with Go Live in the entire system nationwide.
