In the morning of 26th, April 2011, the Conference on execution of the Project “Engineering, Supplies, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Dannang Information Technologies and Communication Trading Center” held at Dannang Department of Information and Communication by Tinhvan Group and Sun Ivy International Inc

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Cam – Vice Director of Dannang Department of Information and Communication, Mr. Tran Van Dung – Deputy Director of PMU of Dannang Information Technology and Communication Development Project, representatives of joint venture contractors- Mr. Phan Quang Minh – Deputy General Director of Tinhvan Group, representatives of departments, sectors, districts of Dannang and many reporters of Central and local levels attended the Conference.

At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh, Head of PMU Department provided an introduction regarding the Project with visitors and guests. The Package DNG8a – “Engineering, Supplies, Installation, Testing and Commissioning the Dannang Information Technologies and CommunicationTrading Center”, which is under the Sub-project for Dannang Information Technologies and Communication Development including the engineering, supplies, installation, testing and commissioning of the Contact Center system –in which solutions are provided by one of the biggest firms in the World, Avaya; the CRM system using Dynamics CRM solutions supplied by Microsoft; the Portal system using Oracle WebLogic solutions meanwhile the server system and station clients are applicable for telephone operators, network devices such as Router, IPS, Firewall and switch. Total contract price of the project amounts to VND 25billion and the project duration is expected to implement be 05 months’time.

Representative of joint venture contractors, Mr. Phan Quang Minh – Deputy General Director of Tinhvan Group spoke out plans for execution of the project as well as disclosed actual benefits when the project is officially effective. The Dannang Information Technologies and CommunicationTrading Center receives interactions made by local people and organizations forwarding to the Center via telephone, email, web-chat or fax tightly controlled and rapid feedbacks to questions urged. A smart routing capability with operations by telephone operators and advanced intellectuals managements will enable local people and organizations or agencies to have a direct talk to the targeted person of the Center. Mr. Phan Quang Minh commited that the joint venture Contractors can supply their best products and services based on their experience and professionals according to requirements as specified in this Project as well as future requirements during the execution of the Project and that all resources will be applied for this project to complete according to schedule.

With a determination to turn Dannang into a town, which is highly connectible, Party, Local Government and authorities, particularly information technology of the City must acknowledge that it is a must to invest and build infrastructure for information technology industry according to advanced, modern and effecient standards. The Center will play an important role in a path of becoming an advanced electronic government by 2015 in Dannang City.
