In lats April and May, Quality Control Department and specialist coordinated with other departments to carry out the first internal assessment of 2011.

Membership companies and concerned departments taking part in the assessment included Tinhvan Telecom (TVT), Center for software solutions and system integrity – Tinhvan Solution (TVS), Personnel Department, Department of information systems and Accounting department.

The assessment team led by Mrs Le Phan Viet Ha- Head of Quality Control Department – and other members of the executive board of the Company gained positive results after serious workings days.

Aiming at improvement of organization and execution of the assessments focused mainly on procedures related to accounting and core processes of all departments and devisions, 52/68 recommendations stated in the assessment have been approved and accepted by executive board and considered as targeted quality of the Company such as additional recruitment for vacant positions of accountants in each center, participation by an accountant to the negotiated contract of more than VND 4 billion value; building training matrix according to positions, execution and implementation of PC software for project management and timesheets filling-in as well as specifying PQA into projects.

With the execution at the same time of three standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO/IEC 27001:2005 and CMMI 3, it is said that Tinhvan Group always follows an efficient and appropriate compatible management system. One of the most important things is that it is required to initiate internal assessments in order to ensure validity and effectiveness of the management systems bove and to identify weak points and chains of the whole System as well as potential opportunities for an improvement. The internal assessment is considered as a feedback to top leaders and executive board; and other concerns as a step to ensure a compliance of the System according to requirements of the Quality System.

It is expected that by the end of July, DAS/UKAS is going to carry out an assessment on integrity with the ISO 27001 and ISO9001 của DAS/UKA; and by October 2011, Tinhvan Group is carrying his second internal assessment
