On September 6 and 7, 2012, Tinhvan Telecom organized the “TVT Team Building” program in Van Don – Quang Ninh province with the participation of more than 40 members.

The program was organized for the purpose of cementing the teamwork spirit, creating motivation for the staff and building a foundation for cultural activities of Tinhvan Telecom.

The participants were arranged randomly into four teams by the Organizing Board. Each team was arranged to live in a villa in order to exchange information easily and agree upon the plan to conquer the challenge. In the framework of the program, members of Tinhvan Telecom also participated in the Gala dinner, campfire and cultural exchanges on the beach.

“TVT Team Building” has ended successfully. The most meaningful thing is that all members of Tinhvan Telecom have had the two full days together to experience themselves, enhance the spirit of teamwork, obey discipline for the common objective of the team, and simultaneously transmit message from the leaders of Tinhvan Telecom which is: hope all the staff to unite, promote strength and help Tinhvan Telecom to exceed the business plan target of quarter IV as well as of the whole year 2012.
