September 3rd 2013, VINASA Executive Committee Conference – Spring 2013 membership meeting was held at Bao Son Paradise Resort, Hanoi.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Hong – Prime Minister of Information and Communications, Mr. Truong Gia Binh – Chairman of Vietnam Association of Software and IT Services (Vinasa), Mr. Pham Tan Cong – Vinasa Vice President, Mr. Phan Quang Minh – Head of Vinasa Board of Supervisors – Member of Tinhvan Group BoD.
At the conference, Mr. Pham Tan Cong – Vinasa Vice President reported on activities in 2012 and expected activity program in 2013.
Accordingly, the year 2012 was indeed a tough year for businesses in Vietnam in general and ICT in particular. The growth rate of the whole IT sector decreased, many businesses did not grow or made no profit, especially businesses operating in the domestic market.
Mr. Phan Quang Minh – Head of Vinasa Board of Supervisors presented a report in the Conference.
However, overall, VINASA basically completed the activity program of the Association in 2012. The apparatus of VINASA staff has sustainably maintained stable and ideological enthusiasm for their work. Additionally, organizational structure has been completed and developed in accordance with real situations. Subsequently, VINASA has successfully maintained its position as a professional and trusted associate effectively developing the IT sector and supporting member enterprises.
Mr. Phan Quang Minh – Head of Vinasa Board of Supervisors presented a supervising report in 2012 of the Vietnam Association of Software and IT Services, offered some recommendations and suggested more disciplined and effective activities of the Association in 2013 and onward.
Also at the conference, Vinasa Executive Committee approved the targeted activity programs in 2013 to focus on practical support for the development of member business and the whole industry and to celebrate Vinansa 11 year anniversary.
