Site supports profession and online library data was located at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tinhvan.com\/ldsc\">http:\/\/www.tinhvan.com\/ldsc<\/a> by collaboration with VISTA.<\/li>\n<li>Provided Libol to Military Technology Academy, Historical Museum, Steering Committee for Y2K issue.<\/li>\n<li>Developed Intranet connecting with national database project of National IT Steering Committee.<\/li>\n<li>Developed the first distracted database in Vietnam with Directory Service Protocol (DAP) for Ministry of Justice to manage legal documents of central as well as 61 provinces.<\/li>\n<li>Designed and integrated intranet for The Supreme People\u2019s Procuracy of Vietnam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>1998<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supported to develop Online and Digital Library Software (Libol) version 1.0 by National IT Steering Committee as one of the Vietnamese excellent software products.<\/li>\n<li>Designed Vietnamese Index and Search Engine (VIS) 4.0 for Web on CD-ROM supporting multiple Vietnamese code.<\/li>\n<li>Next versions of VIS (VIS 5.0, 5.1, 5.2) were updated new features, including: searching smart logical expressions, fuzzy, homophones, synonyms, and using web browser for management interface.<\/li>\n<li>Developed the first version of Seal &#8211; a high security and authentication email software using public key technology. Seal was officially supported by National IT Steering Committee.<\/li>\n<li>Developed Web-VD \u2013 multiple language dictionary on Internet\/Intranet.<\/li>\n<li>Designed and integrated Intranet for General Statistics Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>1997<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Officially established Tinhvan Information Technologies Limited Company.<\/li>\n<li>Developed NETLAB\u2122 &#8211; one of the first Intranet in Vietnam and promoted the concept of Internet\/intranet to user\u2019s community.<\/li>\n<li>Appointed sole distributor for security product of Net Guard in Vietnam.<\/li>\n<li>Built the first version of Vietnamese Index and Search Engine (VIS 1.0).
