The contest is held by Vietnam Internet Association in collaboration with Microsoft. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With the topic: \u201cFrom ideal to start-up business, the contest\u2019s purpose is to search, detect and honor and support those individuals, organizations and especially the young to create software mobile apps with significance for society, capacity of community outreach in order to be good business opportunities contributing to development of Vietnam mobile market.
