During 2 days of 23, 24 of April in 2016, in Hanoi, the 4th<\/sup> Congress of Vietnam Software and IT Service Association VINASA, term 2016 \u2013 2020 was held. Mr. Phan Quang Minh, CCO of Tinhvan group cum Director of Tinhvan Ho Chi Minh Branch was trusted to be re-elected as Head of Inspecting Division of VINASA term IV. In the Congress, Mr. Phan Quang Minh was honored to receive the Merit of Head of Ministry of Information & Communication.<\/em><\/p>\n

Attending VINASA Congress for the 4th<\/sup> time, there was the attendance of Vice Prime Minister Mr. Vu Duc Dam, leader boards of Communist Party, State, Ministries, sectors and local organizations as well as foreign organizations which are the partners of VINASA and hundreds of Representatives of enterprises members.<\/p>\n

The 4th<\/sup> VINASA Congress had concluded, evaluated the working result and organization contribution in the term of III, praised the outstanding units, individuals with excellent performance in association\u2019s activities and having contribution in sector\u2019s development, at the same time proposed the orientations and missions of the Association in the new term. In the Congress, there also was the selection for Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Chairman, the Vice-president, General Secretary and Inspecting Board for the term of IV (2016 \u2013 2020).<\/p>\n

During last several years, VINASA had achieved breaking improvement in consulting, policy promoting, establishing the Consulting Board for Vietnam Software Industry Developing Policy Consultancy, strategic group Think Tank, which actively attended the policy consultancy activities at Communist Party, Congress, Government, had major contribution in the completion of ICT developing policy of Vietnam. For those achievement, The State President Tr\u1ea7n \u0110\u1ea1i Quang had signed off the decision to award VINASA the Second Rank Labour Medal. Under Congress scope, Head of Ministry of Information & Communication also rewarded the Merit to outstanding individuals for excellent working performance contributing in ICT sector of Vietnam, in which there was Mr. Phan Quang Minh \u2013 Head of Inspecting Division of VINASA, CCO of Tinhvan Group cum Director of Tinhvan Ho Chi Minh Branch.<\/p>\n

Vietnam Software and IT Service Association (VINASA) was established on April of 2002 with 55 initial members. After 14 years of developing and growing, after 3 Congress, up to now VINASA has had 323 enterprise members. The members of VINASA mostly are leading sector enterprise which covered 65% total employee, and contributing 70% revenue of Vietnam IT software and services.<\/p>\n
