The Contest will become a model to be widely applied in all of subsidiaries of Tinhvan Group in 2013.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-7892\" href=\"http:\/\/tinhvan.com\/2012\/12\/07\/chinh-th%e1%bb%a9c-phat-d%e1%bb%99ng-cu%e1%bb%99c-thi-%e2%80%9ceveryone-one-idea%e2%80%9d\/poster_nho\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7892\" title=\"poster_nho\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/poster_nho.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"399\" srcset=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/poster_nho.jpg 598w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/poster_nho-150x100.jpg 150w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/poster_nho-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 598px) 100vw, 598px\" \/><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Participants in this Contest are all of employees and executive officers of Tinhvan Outsourcing. Ideas for participating in the Contest are categorized into 3 fields: Business, Product, and Management &#8211; Culture.<\/p>\n<p>TVOers can participate in this Contest, individually or in groups. The Organizing Committee doesn\u2019t limit the number of ideas that an author\/group of authors offers, but there must be at least one contesting idea for each TVOer. The list of \u201cPeople without any idea of Tinhvan Outsourcing\u201d will be updated immediately after the finish of the first Preliminary Round.<\/p>\n<p>In the First Preliminary Round, the Board of Preliminary Examination (BPE) will select passed 10 ideas for the Second Preliminary Round. In addition, the CEO of Tinhvan Outsourcing can grant a privilege to one exceptional idea (if any).<\/p>\n<p>In the Second Preliminary Round, BPE will review and select 05 passed ideas for the Final Round. 05 authors\/groups of authors of these ideas will have the opportunities to defend their ideas in front of the CEO of Tinhvan Outsourcing and 03 out of 5 ideas will be passed for the Finale.<\/p>\n<p>These authors\/groups of authors of the 3 ideas passed for the Finale will attend a \u201cTalk with CEO\u201d of Tinhvan Group to defend their ideas.
