CCO of Tinhvan Group Re-elected as Executive Committee Member and Head of VINASA Inspection Board for Term VI
On August 14, 2026, in Hanoi, the 6th National Congress of VINASA for the 2026–2031 term was successfully held with the spirit of "Digital Technology Synergy – Reaching National Heights," marking a new milestone for VINASA after 24 years of accompanying the development of Vietnam's digital technology industry.
The Congress concluded the 2021–2025 term with outstanding achievements in community connectivity, market development, international promotion, industry branding, and policy advocacy, while opening a new phase – the 2026–2031 term – with a focus on knowledge creation, ecosystem coordination, and catalyzing innovation and market growth.
The Congress elected the 6th Executive Committee of VINASA with 77 members and an Inspection Board of 3 members. Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, General Director of FPT Corporation, was re-elected as Chairman of VINASA. Mr. Phan Quang Minh, CCO of Tinhvan Technologies Joint Stock Company, was re-elected as a member of the Executive Committee and Head of the VINASA Inspection Board.
The 6th Executive Committee brings together leaders from digital technology, telecommunications, and emerging technology enterprises, along with experts and representatives from educational and research institutions. This will be the core force working with VINASA to implement the strategic orientations of the new term, leveraging the strength of the member community and connecting resources from businesses, experts, universities, research institutes, regulatory agencies, and international partners.
