Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company is looking for a Communications Officer.
Details are as follows:
POSITION: Communications Officer
LEVEL: Staff
FIELD: PR - Marketing
WORK LOCATION: Hanoi City
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Responsible for building and managing the Company's website content
– Develop content and be responsible for publishing the company's internal newsletter
– Implement the Group's communications activities (including internal and external events)
– Plan and organize events, customer seminars, and promote the Company's products and services through media channels
– Proactively or in coordination with relevant departments organize activities, events, and community activities
– Manage public relations including building and maintaining relationships with media agencies, issuing press releases and writing articles to build the Company's image, promote brand, control information flows on press/forums/social networks... to protect the company's image and brand
– Online marketing
REQUIREMENTS
– Graduated with good or excellent degree in: Languages, Journalism, Literature
– Excellent Vietnamese writing and editing skills
– At least 3 years of experience in Communications in large enterprises
– Experience in developing and implementing internal and external communication plans (developing and executing communication plans, event programs, organizing press conferences...)
– Strong negotiation skills, confident and outgoing
– Good relationship-building skills, sociable
– Good relationships with media and press agencies
– Ability to write and edit news articles and press releases
– Experience in website content management, fanpage, social media, online marketing
– Proactive and creative in work
– Good social knowledge base, fair English reading and writing skills
