Job Description:

– Receive and provide information about products, services, and events of each product to customers;

– Advise, answer questions, resolve issues, and support customers via phone or in person accurately and effectively;

– Reply to customer emails;

– Send SMS events to customer phone numbers;

Requirements:

– Gender: Female (unmarried);

– Good communication skills, gentle, able to work under pressure, can work shifts and on holidays;

– Know how to play games and have knowledge of online games;

– Experience in customer service via phone switchboard and direct customer contact.
