Formed from the merger of the Government Solutions Center and the Education Solutions Center, the Software Solutions and System Integration Center – Tinhvan Solutions (TVS) is the key business direction of Tinh Van Group, specializing in developing and providing software, IT and telecommunications services and equipment in the domestic market. Currently, Tinhvan Solutions is a leading Vietnamese unit in e-Government portal solutions and digital library solutions, and also provides and develops software solutions for public services, e-Government, system integration, and education and training solutions. We are currently seeking candidates for the following position:
Presale Developer
Job Description:
- Detailed discussion during interview
Requirements:
- Graduated from universities in Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, etc.
- At least 3 years in software development or 1+ year experience as Project Manager/Team Leader/System Architect
- Ability to build and defend project solutions, estimate projects, and create project plans
- Preference for candidates with experience in IT infrastructure, System Integration, Payment, Banking, Telecommunications, etc.
- Understanding of state regulations, rules, and administrative legal documents regarding IT development projects (Software, IT infrastructure services)
- Fluent English: Listening, speaking, reading, writing (proficiency is an advantage)
