The Software Solutions and System Integration Center – Tinhvan Solutions (TVS) urgently needs to recruit a Web Designer:
Job Description and Requirements:
Ability to design websites using Photoshop and Flash; preference given to candidates with experience designing websites for government and ministerial agencies;
Ability to slice and convert designs into HTML, CSS, Javascript; must demonstrate at least one designed and sliced interface – preference given to ministerial interfaces;
Understanding of design philosophy or design methodology required;
Creative – enthusiastic – hardworking with a good sense of aesthetics.
