Job Description:

Recruit for positions related to Information Technology as per company requirements;

Organize and execute recruitment steps as required by the Company;

Manage information related to recruitment candidates;

Perform post-recruitment tasks: negotiation, signing of labor contracts, onboarding procedures for new employees, etc.

Requirements:

Graduated from university in fields related to human resources;

At least 1 year of experience in personnel recruitment at companies;

Enthusiastic, open in communication, able to work under pressure.

Preference for candidates who have been or are currently working in recruitment at Information Technology companies;

Preference for candidates with good English or Japanese listening and speaking skills.
