Tinh Van Consulting, a member of Tinh Van Group, is looking for Sales Staff for its Ho Chi Minh City branch. Specific requirements are as follows:

Job Description:

• Develop business plans and achieve sales targets;
• Find customers and sell HiStaff HR management software solutions, execute and complete sales plans;
• Build and develop customer relationships with large corporations and enterprises;
• Consult, negotiate, and sign contracts;
• Participate in company sales/marketing events and campaigns.

Requirements:

Education/Degree:

• Graduated from college/university with a major in IT, HR management, economics, business administration, or related fields;
• At least 2 years of experience in selling software solutions to medium and large enterprises.

Skills:

• Fluent English;
• Strong business acumen;
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills;
• Planning and organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Willing to work under high pressure, travel frequently, and expand networks.

Preferred:

• Male/Female, aged 25-35;
• Knowledge of the software market and IT applications in corporations, enterprises, and administrative agencies;
• Fluent English in all 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
