Tinhvan Solutions Completes Project Acceptance with the Institute of Heritage Preservation of Vietnam

On Thursday, December 5, 2019, Tinh Van Banking and Financial Software Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Solutions) held a project acceptance meeting for the project “Supplementing and upgrading the system of digital data storage equipment for the conservation of monuments in Vietnam for the Institute of Heritage Preservation.”
This project supports the integration of Vietnam’s preserved monuments into a database system, which not only helps preserve valuable documents about the monuments and strongly supports monument management and conservation activities in Vietnam, but also plays a significant role in researching, studying, and promoting these monuments domestically and internationally. The objectives to be achieved upon project completion are:
- – Supplement and upgrade the system of equipment and application software in a synchronized manner to serve data digitization, storage, administration – Management and exploitation of documents on monument conservation in Vietnam.
- – Expand access (promote to a wide range of users) to exploit system data.
- – Provide utilities for users to easily access, search, and exploit information.
- – Digitize document records, recognize handwriting on digitized documents to facilitate the search and exploitation of information in the most convenient way.
The project was implemented from August 2018 to May 2019 and used .Net technology.
At the acceptance meeting, representatives from Tinh Van included Mr. Nguyen Son Tung – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tinhvan Solutions, Mr. Tran Dao Thinh – Head of System Integration Department, Mr. Bui Van Luong – Project Manager; from the Institute of Heritage Preservation, there were Director Hoang Dao Cuong, Deputy Director, and Department Heads, along with representatives from the Ministry of Culture: Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, Dr. Tu Manh Luong, Deputy Director, and 7 members of the Ministry.
