Tinh Van Enterprise Management Consulting Joint Stock Company urgently needs to recruit a Project Manager. Specific requirements are as follows:

Workplace: Ho Chi Minh City

Department: Project Management.

Position: Project Manager (Quantity: 3)

Job Description:

• Develop project plans, analyze requirements, allocate resources, organize implementation and deployment of the project.
• Take primary responsibility for analyzing and designing products, creating design documents and other related project documents.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure optimal use of resources to complete the project in the shortest time.
• Communicate with clients to coordinate project implementation, support clients within the project scope during implementation.
• Manage project schedule, manage and handle requests/issues arising regarding schedule, scope, constraints, and resources.
• Perform inspection and control of project implementation, coordinate with relevant departments to ensure quality and progress.
• Be responsible for the success of the project.

Other tasks as required and assigned by the Board of Directors.

Salary: Negotiable. Bonus based on work results and project performance.

Education/Degree: University degree in Information Technology or Mathematics and Informatics

Skills:

• Experience using project management tools: MS Project, TFS, etc.
• Experience in source code management, system configuration management (must know how to use SVN or VSS for resource management).
• In-depth knowledge of .NET programming, Database (MS SQL); experience with Oracle is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of project management experience, developing solutions for businesses and organizations.
• Good programming mindset, ability to self-study and solve problems independently, skills in analyzing requirements and proposing solutions.
• Skills and experience in team management (3-4 people or more), ability to assign tasks, coordinate, and interact well with team members to ensure stability and efficiency of common work.
• Analytical thinking and risk management skills.
• Communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with clients.
• Good English proficiency.

• Male (age 26 – 34)
• Experience in HR management software solutions is an advantage.
• Experience using Oracle database and solutions
• Priority given to candidates who have managed project teams of >= 10 people.

Priority given to candidates with project management certificates and international programming certificates
