Tinh Van Software Export Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Outsourcing – http://tvo.vn) urgently needs to recruit 01 staff for the position of Assistant to Director. Specific requirements are as follows:

Job Description:

• Participate in regular meetings, seminars, event organization, and client receptions chaired by the Director, and coordinate the preparation for these sessions
• Support the Director in compiling reports, drafting documents, and presentations.
• Request or directly draft official letters, documents, and respond to emails and phone calls under the Director's responsibility.
• Handle part of the Business Assistant tasks: communicate with clients, store client information, receive guests, etc.
• Research tools and materials to support work and operational assistance
• And perform other important tasks as directed by the Director.
• Act as Assistant to the Director of Tinh Van Software Export Company – TVO.

Requirements

• Graduated from University of Diplomacy, Foreign Trade, etc.; preference given to fresh graduates.
• Good presentation and document presentation skills.
• Personality: careful, meticulous, and neat.
• Ability to work under high pressure, willingness to learn, sense of responsibility, and good teamwork skills.
