CEO of Tinh Van Outsourcing shares about entrepreneurship

Attending the IT Human Resources Festival 2014 held at Hanoi University of Science and Technology on October 4, Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh – CEO of Tinhvan Outsourcing (TVO) – will share his story of entrepreneurship and personal branding.
The IT Human Resources Festival is an activity supporting employment for students inside and outside the training system of BK Holdings and Hanoi University of Science and Technology. This year's event is organized with the participation of over 50 enterprises such as Tinh Van, Misa, VCCorp, FPT, Gameloft,… along with 500 candidates.
Enterprises have announced that they will bring more than 200 different job positions to the festival, aiming to create employment opportunities for students currently studying or newly graduated in fields related to IT, electronics and telecommunications, mathematics and informatics, etc. Participating in the IT Human Resources Festival 2014, IT students will have the opportunity to interact directly with speakers who are managers at leading IT corporations in Vietnam.
Representing Tinh Van, Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh – CEO of TVO – will share insights on entrepreneurship and personal branding, aiming to raise awareness about the company's image, culture, and entrepreneurial path among the young IT student community.

Sharing about the purpose of attending the IT Human Resources Festival 2014, Mr. Nguyen Minh Duc – Director of Tinh Van Incubator – said: “Tinh Van always values building its image and cooperative relationships with universities, educational and training organizations, and young people in the IT and communications community, in order to select suitable personnel for many positions that Tinh Van is seeking. Besides, participating in this event not only strengthens those cooperative relationships but also provides an opportunity to promote Tinh Van's people, culture, and policy of valuing talents to young students in a friendly way.”
“We expect at least 200 young people to be interested and send their CVs directly to apply for Tinh Van's current job openings.” – Mr. Duc added.
