Welcome AiTi-Aptech Students for a Company Tour

As part of the "Company Tour" program organized by AiTi-Aptech, on the afternoon of September 15, 30 students from various universities and colleges in Hanoi visited Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company (Tinh Van Group).
During this tour of Tinh Van Group, in addition to observing the company model, departmental structure, and working environment, the students were also introduced to the company's founding and development process as well as its outstanding products. Moreover, they had the opportunity to meet and interact with current employees—those directly managing projects—and other students who were interning at the company but had already secured certain positions in their work.
Furthermore, the students were provided with recruitment information from Tinh Van Group, guided on how to create an impressive resume, how to interview with employers, and how to submit their applications to Tinh Van.
In a sincere and open atmosphere, the students gained valuable experience for their studies and their journey to find a suitable job. More importantly, they learned about the professionalism and seriousness of their seniors at work, which they can apply to themselves.
Learning must be linked to practice and reality. If students only learn based on "inspiration" without spending time engaging with the outside world—understanding what businesses are doing, what technologies they use, and what they need—their studies will lack direction, leading to unsatisfactory results. On the other hand, after graduation and entering the workforce, they may not know who they are, where they stand, what they have, what they lack, what needs to be supplemented, how long it will take, and why they need certain skills, technologies, and attitudes for a particular job. Reality shows that without proper guidance during their studies, graduates may lack confidence or be overconfident—both of which are unfavorable in the eyes of employers.
With the desire to equip students with the best preparation, Tinh Van Group hopes to have provided an interesting and useful tour. We wish you many more exciting visits and look forward to seeing you again as members of our company.
